The Compliance Officer will support the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes (CTMH) division by reviewing and analyzing complaints, communicating with complainants, interpreting applicable Florida statutes, and documenting case activities. This is an approximately 11-week assignment requiring strong communication, organization, customer service, and complaint-analysis skills. Experience with Versa and OnBase is highly desirable.
