Flavour Scientist

The Flavour Scientist provides technical direction within the Food Sciences laboratory, ensuring complex flavour projects are executed accurately and within agreed timescales. This role involves performing routine and investigative analyses, developing and validating methods using techniques such as GC-MSMS and LC-MS, and mentoring junior team members. The position requires strong client interaction, administrative support for laboratory management, and adherence to high quality and safety standards.
