Fleet and Facilities Manager

The Fleet and Facilities Manager oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of Rex Moore's vehicle fleet and all company facilities, including offices, warehouses, and field storage yards. This role manages fleet lifecycle strategy, compliance, cost management, facility operations, and capital planning while leading a team to ensure high reliability and efficiency. The position requires an experienced operational leader to build systems, hold teams accountable, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. The manager serves as the primary point of contact for all fleet and facilities issues across project managers, field leadership, and corporate staff.
