Fleet Branch Manager

The Fleet Branch Manager supports Hershey Creamery Company’s fleet of route delivery trucks, managing a fleet of 300-325 non-CDL and CDL refrigerated and dry trucks across more than 30 locations. This role involves overseeing fleet safety, administration, and maintenance while ensuring vehicles remain in good repair to support ice cream delivery operations. The position requires strong communication, customer service, and mechanical aptitude to manage vendors, staff, and branch locations across the East Coast and Midwest.
