Fleet Engineering Supervisor

This role coordinates and manages shore-side support services for vessel maintenance and repair across a fleet of commercial bulk vessels in the Great Lakes region. The position provides technical and resource support to vessel Captains and Chief Engineers while maintaining detailed records of equipment and structural conditions. Responsibilities include assisting with winter maintenance budgets, reviewing invoices, and leading studies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
