About this role

The Fleet Instructional Technologist delivers and maintains the fleet Instructor Training Program as a teacher, coach, and subject matter expert. The role supports instructor qualification and partners with training and site leaders to improve instructional quality, consistency, compliance, technology use, and performance. The team supports approximately 100 instructors fleetwide, with occasional travel typically two to three times per year.

Responsibilities

Deliver and improve initial and continuing instructor training in accordance with SAT and fleet standards
Coach instructors through qualification and development across classroom, laboratory, simulator, and digital learning settings
Partner with training leaders and subject matter experts to resolve gaps and align fleet practices
