Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all fleet maintenance activities within the assigned region, serving as the primary point of contact for drivers, vendors, and operations regarding equipment repairs and preventive maintenance. This position schedules and monitors repairs, manages work orders, tracks maintenance costs and downtime, and ensures maintenance records remain accurate and compliant. In addition to coordinating maintenance activities, the role performs light mechanical repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting to maximize fleet uptime and equipment reliability.
