Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

This position coordinates maintenance needs and maintains systems for an accurate recorded history of fleet repairs, parts, maintenance, and labor. The role involves arranging preventative maintenance schedules, originating and closing work orders, and coordinating with the transportation department for routine fleet vehicle maintenance. Additionally, the incumbent manages parts inventory, utilizes fleet databases for tracking, and assists with cost reporting and DOT compliance.
