Fleet Maintenance & Technical Operations

This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and maintenance of drone light shows and equipment, ensuring safe and visually spectacular performances. The position involves conducting daily inspections, managing battery systems, and maintaining accurate inventory records for drones and support equipment. The individual will also operate as a pilot during shows, troubleshoot technical issues on-site, and ensure regulatory compliance with FAA Part 107 certification. The role requires coordination with creative and technical teams to support overall operational readiness and logistics.
