This role leads the safe and efficient operations of the Border States fleet, overseeing driver performance, truck routing, dispatch, and timely delivery of customer materials. The position is responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of fleet assets and material handling equipment while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations. The Fleet Manager works closely with warehouse leaders to optimize delivery routes and manages relationships with third-party carriers and delivery partners.
