Fleet Operations Manager

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, punctual, and reliable schedule by managing the A320, B787, and E190 fleet aircraft operations within the Scoot network. The individual will work independently and as part of a team to ensure all flights are safely dispatched in accordance with company policies and CAAS regulations. The position involves performing flight watch duties, optimizing crew and aircraft utilization, and coordinating changes to recover flying programs.
