The Fleet Operations Project Controller acts as the data-driven engine for scheduling, cost, and execution across Saildrone's fleet programs. This role owns the integrated project schedule and cost/budget visibility, driving milestones, budget performance, and cross-functional accountability from design through deployment. The position partners with Engineering, Fleet, Manufacturing, and Program teams to provide leadership with clear, data-driven insights on schedule, cost, and performance.
