Fleet Operations Support Specialist II

The Fleet Operations Support Specialist II manages, maintains, and supports driver service platforms while consulting with customers to drive organizational value. This role focuses on telematic program support, including asset management, customer support, invoicing, reporting, and supporting program growth initiatives. The position requires a consultative approach, excellent customer service, strong vendor management, and attention to detail to support all divisions under the Cox umbrella as well as external customers.
