Fleet Service Coordinator

This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and tracking of van or tractor trailer servicing, fuel, and work order scheduling across multiple locations within a designated region. The position involves coordinating and overseeing invoice payments for all fleet services while maintaining parts inventory and ensuring proper licensing. The incumbent will manage manual fuel transactions, wash bay chemicals, and period-end reconciliation reports to support operational efficiency.
