Fleet Training Operations Analyst

The Fleet Training Operations Analyst plays a vital technical role in ensuring the accuracy, stability, and reliability of the tactical picture during Fleet Synthetic Training and Live, Virtual, Constructive exercises. This position is responsible for the continuous operation and optimization of the Global Command and Control System–Maritime, GCCS-Joint, and the Common Operational Picture. By managing complex track databases and maintaining seamless failover synchronization, the role ensures commanders have a clear and consistent understanding of the operational environment.
