Fleet Workshop Manager

This role involves leading Royal Mail's flagship fleet maintenance facility at the Midlands Super Hub, overseeing a 16-bay workshop, 24-hour maintenance operation, and on-site Authorised Testing Facility. The position requires managing approximately 60 colleagues and a £10 million budget to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient vehicle maintenance operations.
