FleeTec Trainee - DOT

Cox Fleet is seeking a FleeTec Trainee to participate in a paid educational program that provides classroom training and hands-on experience to become a full-time Trailer Technician. The role involves attending a five-week intensive training session at the Academy Campus, followed by on-the-job training with a Lead Technician in the candidate's local market. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees transition into a full-time Mobile Trailer Mechanic position performing preventative maintenance and general repairs at customer locations.
