About this role
Social Worker MSW - Transplant at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital provides medical social work services for transplant patients across all phases of the transplant process. The role supports patients in both hospital and ambulatory settings and works as part of a multidisciplinary team to aid evaluation, transplantation, and follow-up care. This is a PRN (flexible hours) position based in Norfolk, VA.
