Flexis - Repair Network Leader - H/F

The Repair Network Leader will establish and manage a network of authorized workshops to support aggressive growth in services and solutions for electric urban logistics. Reporting to the Head of Aftermarket, the role involves defining service agreements, rolling out retail processes, and driving continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and cost efficiency. Extensive travel is required to align workshop processes and monitor performance.
