FLIGHT DECK Specialist

The FLIGHT DECK Specialist supports lean transformation efforts across manufacturing operations at the McAllen Repair Shop to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive the application of FLIGHT DECK Fundamentals across the shop floor. The position requires strong technical and operational knowledge, the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, and demonstrated experience leading sustainable lean improvements in a manufacturing environment.
