About this role
The Boeing Flight Line Mechanic Apprentice is a 4-year paid apprenticeship in the Puget Sound region combining 8,000 hours of on-the-job training with classroom instruction through the IAM/Boeing Joint Apprenticeship Program. Apprentices progress through wage steps under a collective bargaining agreement and graduate with a journey-worker certificate and card. The program is 100% onsite and requires U.S. person eligibility for export control compliance.
