About this role

Capella's Flight Software internship is a 10-week, in-person program (June 8–August 14, 2026) that gives students hands-on experience developing software that runs a satellite fleet. Interns work full time with cross-disciplinary engineering teams, receive mentorship, and contribute to meaningful spacecraft projects while building technical skills and industry insight. The program is a 40-hour/week commitment, includes a stipend at $37/hour and an additional allowance to support living costs.
