About this role

The Flight Software Intern will be based in Long Beach, California and will learn how spacecraft systems and subsystems operate and interface while working with the Flight Software team. The team is responsible for controlling and monitoring spacecraft functions such as power and thermal management, hardware interfacing, command and data handling, and communications. The role emphasizes mentorship, applied learning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within Rocket Lab.
