Raytheon Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities is seeking an experienced Flight Test Engineer to support the Next Gen Testbed, a highly modified Boeing 737-800. In this role, you will lead flight test planning and execution for critical national defense technologies, translating complex engineering requirements into safe, executable test missions. You will fly onboard as a Test Conductor or Mission Director and work closely with engineering, aircrew, and range partners to deliver high-quality test outcomes for advanced mission systems.

Responsibilities
