About this role
This role is responsible for owning and building Pivotal’s BlackFly and Helix customer training programs end-to-end. It combines hands-on flying and instruction with program design and continuous improvement of training experiences. The position works closely with Flight, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Support to ensure safe, accurate, and scalable training that aligns with actual aircraft behavior. The role is based onsite in Palo Alto, CA, with travel to various training locations.
