Float Pool - (Full Time, Nights)

The Patient Care Assistant (PCA)-FIT serves as a member of the hospital-wide internal float-pool, functioning across multiple units and departments under Loma Linda University Health-Murrieta to supplement staffing during high census fluctuations and legislative leaves. This role requires flexibility in accepting changing assignments and working under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide safe, age-specific, and developmentally appropriate patient care.
