Float Pool Staff RN

MultiCare Deaconess Hospital is seeking a part‑time Float Pool Staff RN to work night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) on a 12‑hour, 2‑shifts‑per‑week schedule. The RN will float across acute‑care units, providing patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting quality and patient experience initiatives. Candidates must have prior ICU or PCU/Step‑Down experience and hold a current Washington RN license.
