Float Pool Staffing Coordinator

This role ensures optimal use of clinical staff to provide high-quality, cost-effective care by coordinating work schedules for nursing units in the Float Pool. The position involves collaborating with House Supervisors and Unit Managers to proactively resolve staffing issues and assigning centralized float pool staff based on daily census. Additionally, the role monitors staffing levels, manages call-ins, and handles timecards and payroll for Float Pool staff.
