Float Social Worker

The Float Social Worker provides bio‑psychosocial assessments and interventions for patients and families across inpatient medicine, surgery, addiction recovery, psychiatry liaison, and emergency department settings. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, the role addresses high‑risk psychosocial factors, offers crisis intervention, and connects patients with community resources to facilitate discharge and ongoing care.
