Float Universal Banker

The Float Universal Banker provides exceptional front-line customer service and sales within retail branches across the west region, including North Ridgeville, Avon, Avon Lake, North Olmsted, and Fairview Park. This core role involves processing day-to-day teller transactions, handling account maintenance, and cross-selling bank products while maintaining compliance with banking regulations. The position requires flexibility to float between branches and support advanced account openings and sales as needed.
