Floating Coach

The Floating Coach assists with student athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. This role involves motivating student athletes to develop an appreciation for the sport while helping instruct players in the rules, regulations, and techniques of wrestling. The position requires assisting with organizing practice activities, assessing player skills, and monitoring athletes during competition and practice.
