Floating Community Leasing Associate

As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents across multiple multifamily communities in the Boston region, combining sales and customer service skills to drive leasing success and enhance resident retention. This role involves showcasing community features, managing lease files, utilizing property management systems, and executing local marketing strategies to promote exceptional apartment living experiences. You will travel throughout the region, supported by a monthly auto allowance, representing the Fairfield brand in various locations including Chelsea, Peabody, Lawrence, and Andover.
