The Floating Maintenance Technician will split time between Broadlands Apartments in Ashburn, VA and Tuscarora Creek Apartments in Leesburg, VA, supporting property upkeep and resident needs under the direction of the Property and Service Managers. The role focuses on maintaining curb appeal, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting turnover and preventative maintenance activities. The position requires weekend and after-hours emergency coverage and effective communication with residents, contractors, and team members.
