Change Grow Live
The Floating Support Recovery Worker will join the Change Grow Live Nottinghamshire team to support vulnerable individuals at risk of homelessness, providing wrap‑around assistance, crisis intervention, and coordination with health, social care, and housing partners. The role involves managing a caseload of service users in drug and/or alcohol treatment, delivering budgeting, education, and employment support, and traveling throughout the county.
