The Floor Ambassador at Cushman & Wakefield delivers an exceptional workplace experience by supporting employees and visitors across assigned floors. They serve as the first point of contact for wayfinding and guidance and ensure space readiness for workstations, meeting rooms, pantries, and shared areas. The role also involves identifying issues early, coordinating maintenance or service requests, and building relationships with employees, vendors, and internal teams to enhance the workplace environment.
