Floor Care Associate

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, focusing on floor care tasks such as operating scrubbers and buffers, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming. The associate ensures all areas of the store meet cleanliness and organizational standards while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines. Cross-training in multiple store areas allows the associate to support various business needs and customer service requirements.
