The Floor Lead is a store leadership role responsible for driving the store’s success by upholding Mejuri’s customer experience standards, fostering team development, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role represents the brand on the sales floor, supports merchandising and operational processes, and helps coach and onboard team members. The Floor Lead partners with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues and contributes to achieving store KPIs.
