Floor Set and Merchandising Supervisor

This role contributes to store profitability by positively impacting the customer experience through the implementation of Floor Sets and company-directed marketing and merchandising directives. The position involves assisting store leadership with daily re-merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining merchandising standards, including clearance presentation and markdown execution. The supervisor leads the Floor Set team, ensures brand standards are met, and partners with stock teams to execute merchandise adjustments and replenishment systems.
