Floor Staff

Floor Staff team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and employee availability, with the primary responsibility of ensuring guests receive exceptional service. The role may involve working in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, requiring consistent attendance and compliance with company policies. Team members act as representatives of Regal, handling guest interactions, emergency situations, and general cleaning duties.
