Floor Supervisor

This role involves daily floor supervision of the sales team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive sales goal attainment. The Floor Supervisor provides real-time performance coaching, manages customer flow, and partners with store management to reinforce brand strategies and the Burberry Experience. The position requires resolving customer issues, driving digital engagement, and assisting with store opening and closing procedures.
