Floor Technician

The Floor Technician is responsible for safely performing floor care functions, including waxing, stripping, buffing, and maintaining various flooring types such as tile, carpet, and brick. The role involves performing environmental services, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and ensuring a clean work area while adhering to safety rules and company procedures. This position requires effective communication with team members, supervisors, and customers, as well as the ability to work independently and support shift leads.
