Flour Miller

The Flour Miller will operate and oversee the complete milling process at a new, highly automated flour mill in Ballarat, including wheat intake, conditioning, milling, blending, and bulk dispatch, while optimizing advanced Swiss milling technology and digital systems. The role also involves leading shift operations, training team members, and ensuring safety, hygiene, GMP, and HACCP compliance.
