About this role

This role supports internal and external research programs by executing specimen preparation, staining, and flow cytometric data acquisition. The position involves operating high-parameter flow cytometers and cell sorters, designing and developing flow-based assays, and performing quantitative data analysis. The individual will also troubleshoot instrument issues, maintain electronic records, and provide training to researchers on core laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

Execute specimen preparation and flow cytometric data acquisition
Perform cell sorting on BD FACS Melody and FACSAria Fusion systems
Design and execute flow-based assay development for research programs
