About this role

Vast is seeking a Fluid Systems Engineer to support the design, development, manufacturing, and integration of fluid systems for its space station and spacecraft programs. The role involves working hands-on with technicians and cross-functional teams to bring fluid systems to life in a fast-paced environment. The position requires deep hands-on experience with fluid hardware and the ability to move between design, analysis, and the shop floor.

Responsibilities

Design and develop pressurized fluid hardware including tanks, valves, and pumps
Execute build, assembly, and integration of fluid hardware on the shop floor
Perform fluid analyses, trade studies, and systems engineering tasks

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
