About this role

The Senior Requirements Analyst will support the Department of Veterans Affairs by analyzing federal financial management processes and translating them into functional and technical requirements within the Momentum Financials system. The role focuses on working with external customers to document, consolidate, and trace requirements from inception through testing and implementation. It includes contributing to implementation roadmaps, aligning requirements with federal reporting needs, and supporting strategic decision-making through analysis of alternatives. The position can be performed in a hybrid capacity in Arlington, VA or fully remote and is contingent upon contract award in January 2026.
