About this role
The Food & Beverage Duty Manager at Sudima Kaikoura is responsible for overseeing the hotel's restaurant, bar, room service and function operations to ensure an efficient and exceptional guest experience. This is a permanent, full-time role (minimum 30 hours per week) with rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays. The position is based onsite at Sudima Kaikoura and includes company benefits and training opportunities.
