Food and Safety Manager

The Food and Safety Manager leads the shared service team in Public Protection, focusing on protecting the public and stimulating business confidence across Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils. This role involves line managing the Food and Safety Team, coordinating regulatory work, and ensuring effective service delivery in food safety, health and safety, and licensing. The position requires translating regulatory changes into excellent service delivery while contributing to the business and performance management of the Public Protection Service.
