Food & Beverage General Manager

The Food & Beverage General Manager leads the daily operations across multiple outlets at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach, balancing strong financial and operational management with genuine hospitality. This role involves developing leaders, driving service standards, managing labor and costs, and elevating the guest experience to ensure consistent, purposeful execution. The position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversees service execution, training, and compliance across all F&B departments.
