About this role
The Manager in Training (MIT) is an 18-month rotational graduate programme at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane designed to develop future leaders in Food & Beverage. Participants gain broad exposure to the hotel's F&B operations and receive mentorship, structured feedback and career development. The programme begins between April and June 2026 and prepares graduates for supervisory or assistant management roles.
