About this role

The Food & Beverage Manager ensures daily operations of the food and beverage department meet sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction goals, stepping in for the Restaurant General Manager as needed. The role oversees staff recruitment, training, scheduling, service standards, budgeting, payroll, and compliance with all relevant regulations and PGA TOUR standards.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and performance of food and beverage staff
Supervise service staff and ensure guest satisfaction during all meal periods
Oversee payroll, scheduling, and labor cost controls using Kronos
Develop and monitor the food and beverage budget and financial performance
Open and close the facility and enforce all operational and safety procedures
